During my travels down to Wrightsville Beach, NC this past weekend for a little R & R, I revisited one of my favorite men’s stores, Gentlemen’s Corner. You could call it the Peter Blair of Wilmington. I rarely ever write about men’s clothes, but this was such a find, I have to tell everyone. Smathers and Branson, the official needlepoint people, make a Caddyshack themed belt! I died a little bit inside because I thought of all my guy friends back here in RVA that would love this belt. So, give the guys at Gentlemen’s Corner a ring if you want one for your man or just ask Dick at Peter Blair to special order you one.
My new obsession of the moment are earrings by Suzanna Dai. I stumbled upon these gems at the Shoebox in Richmond, VA and they are definitely a find! All priced for under $200, they are hand-crafted with cording, metal threads, semi-precious beads, silver and 14k gold-plated components. What I love the most is that they are backed in leather or suede, so they are super light for being such big earrings. Because, we all know I love big baubles…the bigger the better is pretty much my motto. So, hurry on over to Libbie and Grove and check these suckers out before I buy them all!
I have always been a big fan of lemon and mustard shades for Spring and Summer, mostly because they look great with my complexion and dark hair color. So, I’m super excited that it’s a trend for this season. I can pull out some old pieces in my closet and I’m finding some great new ones. Here are a few of my favorite yellow moments for this Spring and Summer and where you can pick them up.

Yes, the littlest Olsen is all grown up and becoming quite the Fashionista just like her sisters. Must help that Mary Kate and Ashley own a very successful fashion line. So not fair.
