Labels to Love: House of Harlow 1960

How can you not love Nicole Richie?  She exudes effortless style and it makes you wonder if you can look that good with two kids under the age of 3.  She’s no longer that reckless hollywood socialite (picture the mug shot), instead she’s emerged over the past years as a hip momma and fierce business woman.

Her jewelry line,  House of Harlow 1960, is becoming a fast favorite of mine.  Nicole partnered with Mouawad in 2008 and launched a 50 piece line that debuted at Kitson’s online boutique.  These gold-plated pieces are mixed with fabric, feathers, leather, and stones and range in price from $40-$200.  The line is an eclectic mix of bohemian, edgy, tribal, hippie, and modern…just like Nicole.  What’s great about her jewelry is that each piece is a statement piece and often the object of conversation.  And, most of her pieces are BIG and when it comes to jewelry, the bigger the better in my book.  Available at South Moon Under at Short Pump Town Center and at .
